Returning to Kenya - Nakuru Agricultural Show

It’s been almost a year since I left Nakuru. One of the best things about coming home: I get to see my girls! Quinter and Grace have been in boarding school since September and both are doing incredibly well. We arranged to take them to the Agricultural Show that was in Nakuru all week causing my building to have no water.

We decided to surprise the girls and had them picked up by our lovely secretary Miriam, I actually ran into them in town before we were supposed to meet. The show itself features farming equipment, crops, etc. from all over Kenya but included entertainment rides and other fun things for children. There are lots of camels for people to ride you have to be careful not to be run over by, as well as swings and mini trains.

Lots of fun throughout the entire day before the girls had to return to school!
